Our Guarantee
Our quality guarantee is simple. If ever you encounter a flaw in the workmanship or materials in one of our garments, please send it to us. At our discretion, we will gladly repair it or replace it if we find it to be defective. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every Schultz American Original purchase. If for any reason you are not, please send your returned item(s) along with a copy of your invoice to: Schultz American Original, Attn: Returns Dept, PO Box 99113, San Diego, CA 92169. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery we recommend sending your return via insured and prepaid US Mail. Returns need to be sent through the US Postal Service. All clothing items must be returned in unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Items with alterations are non-returnable. Please allow 10 business days from the day we receive the return to process your credit. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We want you to love every product you receive from us, but we know there are circumstances when a particular size or color may not meet your expectations. If this should happen, please return the item(s) you wish to exchange along with a copy of your invoice indicating your new selection to: Schultz American Original, Attn: Exchange Dept, PO Box 99113, San Diego, CA 92169.
